user in my company not able to use personas service . so kindly let me know in which profile on server we have to update HTTP Port number for that service ?

1. From the guide have you check the Personas configurations?
2. On server host have you enable the firewall or UAC? from the client or desktop are you able to communicate the SAP host?
3. Any parameter changes in the SAP system?

Are you getting any error message? Have you change the any ICM parameters?
