Please let us know if we can run the below command once in a month for ECC and BW system
brconnect -u / -c -f stats -t all -f collect -p 4
Will it impact the performance of Oracle database 11.2.0.4.

Hi Subbu,
Running update stats in fact will improve performance at some extent.
This will update the table statistics and will provide best possible path to excess records present in the tables.
If production system, than better have this schedule after business hours or best on weekends.
