Special price for first 100 material sold regardless of customer.

Hi All,

We have a requirement for having a special price for first 100 material sold.

Example for requirement:

customer1 + customer2 + customer3 can by all together, maximum 100 PC of a material with a special price condition. When 100 PC is sold out, normal price is valid for all customers for further orders.

Any standard SAP solution exists for such?

Can we use quantity contract for this requirement?

Hi Rakkimuthu,

you can use condition update option in pricing condition type configuration in v/06.

you can create separate condition type for this. New condition type will get disable when reached to maximum value.

1. Please tick condition update option in condition type configuration (V/06)

2. create condition record and select additional tab (VK11)

3. Input max. condition value (Value equal to 100 pc x unit price), as material quantity option is not 

    avaialble

Thank you so much . Suggest solution by you is working absolutely fine.

Also I could see the field  " Maximum condition base value "  in which i can enter the maximum number of quantities.

Dear Rakki,

This is not possible in standard.

However we have 2 options to restrict by VK11,

(Make sure that Condition update in activated in V/06 then click Goto -- Additional Data--Limits
for pricing in VK11)

1) Max condition Value

2) Max Number of sales orders (upto 3)

Looks like an enhancement. 

Quantity contract is customer specific.
