shdow instance error while upgrade solman sp4 to sp13

HI ,

While i upgrade Sp level 4 to SP level 13 of solution manger showing error and also stop disp+work stop of shadow instance

i have attached log file please check and help me .

After whole system restart without any change problem is resolved and successfully completed Exection Steps .

But in post processing steps java instance not started .

Write that time error showing of sum tools screen i have checked R3trans -d showing error

But after 2-3 second again check R3trans -d database connect attached screen shot for your reference .

It means database every 2- 3 second disconnected so please help me

I saw when error was cumming i checked and put  R3trans -d showing error after some time again put  R3trans -d if not showing error

click on continue of sum screen same practice i doing so that steps were moving butIt means every steps

will have to same .

What is the memory configuration of the Windows machine? Check for memory related errors. Try to reduce the em/initial_size_MB parameter value to a smaller value and restart the system.

Noticed this error in the file shared by you SAPup.ECO

2EETW169 no connect possible: "DBMS = SYBASE --- "

So please check your connectivity to DB using R3Trans -d

you are getting ERROR: stopping on error 12 during SHADOW IMPORT, please check the whether job is RDDEXECL working or not and related logs.

Dear Sandip,

Kindly let us know , phase name of SUM phase , where you are facing the error.

Also paste the log of that phase and also the dev_w0 log of shadow instance.

Also check the transaction log which might have got full.
