External Definition creation don't work

hello everybody,

I'm working with a PO 7.4 single stack.

I would like manage all my project from NWDS and don't use the standard workbench (ESB +IB).

Everything ok but I cannot create an external definition:

if I right click the "External Definition" I don't nee the "New" action. Others objects have the "New" action (Mapping, Data Type, etc etc)

But If I try to create from ESB everything work fine.

any Idea?

the External definition import feature is plan for PO 7.5 , please refer the below link
