Need a small information Regarding Dms.

Hi,

I Hope this is the correct place to raise a question.

I am using Cv01 for Creating a document, And I am adding one Pdf file From my Desktop.

My question is Where exactly this file is saving. Can i able to see the file location of the file.

I had observed that, While fetching or viewing. Files are saving in my system file path C:\DMS.

But physically i need to check all the files, Where can i see it.

1)Without using  Or login in sap Can i able to see the files Just like double click on the folder->select the file and open.

   Can any body clarify my doubt.

You are uploading the files to server. This information is available in table DMS_DOC_FILES.  While opening it stores the files into C:\Temp . So off-login you can see these documents (once accessed through SAP) in this folder.

hi, Thanks for your reply, I checked in the table. it is showing the document and file names

In server, How could i get the Path particular path. I means like c:\path1\tpath1 like this.

Can i get it. Or Any encrypted manner file is saving.

In my system c:\dms files are saving , this is not a problem. My main issue is path.

Can i able to manually open once i know the path and have the rights to  open the folder.
