1838921 - Multiple cookies in HTTP Header - unable to start channels

Hi All,

Recently in my PI landscape we have implemented the note 1838921 - Multiple cookies in HTTP Header.

In Dev and QA all channels are working fine.

We have implemented the same in Production.

But in PRD I am unable to start the channels.

Channels are not starting in PRD. We are facing big issue with Business.

Please help me to resolve the Issue.

All the boxes are in the same SP?and did you install the approirate patch?

Actually I dont have access to Prod.

is there any chance like different SP? from box to box?

We have upgraded PI adapter framework to Patch 63 from Patch 26
