Tool logged is 0 @ DHR

Hello

Logging tool against the SFC 

Tool Type - Tracking Control:Serialized

For Serialized Control tools, while logging the tool, Qty field is disabled and equals to always 1.

But when I look at this information at DHR I see that tool logged is 0 but it should be 1

Please suggest?

Hello, I can reproduce this: "Qty Logged: 0" displays in DHR  when I would expect it to show the value of 1 from TOOL_LOG.QTY, so I recommend you log a support incident. For me the qty field in Log Tool Entry is enabled, defaults to 1 if I browse to tool number, possible to change it to 2 but of course get error Qty logged is greater than tool number "TN1" qty (Message 16648) Regards, Andrew.
