Selection date while doing VL01n should not be considered

Hi Experts,

The scenario is... This is a MTO scenario. Sales order is created in a legacy system and is replicated in SAP through interface tables. Planning happens in legacy system. Availability check has nothing to do in SAP. When the user tried to deliver the goods .. there will be quite a few times that the delivery happens before the scheduled delivery date and the employee who created the delivery has no access to see the schedule line date. So when he tries to create a delivery on the current day against a particular sale order number the system will not allow him to do so.

Points already looked into..

Since the availability is not active .. schedule lines(CP, CN) are not effective.

Sine the data is flowing from legacy system we cannot change the lead times in the MRP tab to adjust the lead time to create the finished product.

kindly suggest

Hi,

Delivery date cannot be prior to Schedule Line date.

Thus, the user has to first modify the Schedule Line date in the SO to atleast today's date in order proceed. If the user has no access to SO to change the date, then the user needs to create post dated deliveries (which is not suggested).
