Deleting Module we don´t need.

Hi,

We want to use in Hybris Marketing only 4 Modules like Data Management, Segmentation, Campaign and Insight.

Planning and Recommendation isn´t wanted for now.

But as we made a copy of our System we´ve got all 6 modules installed in our system.

Is it not possible to delete Planning and recommendation in Hybris Marketing?

Hi,

Jamal and Mukesh already covered the solution. You can remove worksets by limiting access to related worksets.

Hello Yoro,

I agree with Jamal's recommendation. There are multiple applications (sub-worksets) under Planning and Recommendation worksets and these are enabled via multiple roles. You will have to check the menu structure of the standard delivered roles to ensure that you are removing the right roles.

Am not sure about deleting planning and recommendation module from Hybris Marketing,

But you can search the relevant roles for Planning and Recommendation and remove/change authorization for the user so that it wont be visible in UI.
