Approved/ Rejected documents are not removed from the WB UI workflow inbox.

Hi All,

I have an issue.

I tried to approve/reject the document in the workflow inbox.

After my approval/rejection of the document. it does not disappearing from my inbox. I tried to refresh the page. still it is existing in the inbox.

kindly help me to sort out this issue.

hi,

please check it is synchronous or asynchronous workflow.

If Asychronus then terminating event should trigger to complete it, otherwise it will   stay in the inbox
