Hi,
We have upgraded our portal into 7.4 from 7.1 and successfully moved SC/DC into the new track. We have tried to submit a request in portal and receiving the "PathLookupCommand.execute()" error. Does anyone know experience this and what actions done to prevent such error?

Did you check your WD classes that implements ECM if that error message exist? You can also check ECM configuration in your NWA as that might have been changed during upgrade.
