Lumira 1.25 Product Availability Matrix

Hi,

I'm trying to install Lumira 1.25 Desktop on Windows 32 bit.

I can't find 1.25 version PAM..

Only I can find was 1.28 PAM.

Problem was while installing Lumira Desktop 1.25, I had an error saying

"Fail to create java virual machine"

Is this because my computer is on Windows 7, 32 bit?

Please guide me the proper environment to install 1.25 or how to solve that error.

Attached please find the PAM for Lumira 1.25 (unzip & rename to pdf). According to the PAM. WIN 7 should not be an issue.

As for the error, see the following KBAs:

1788677 - Error: "Failed to create the Java Virtual Machine"

2161459 - When launching SAP Lumira the error "Failed to create Java Virtual Machine" is displayed

1936077 - Lumira either not running or runs slow on Windows 7 32 bit
