ECTR Save Error

Hello All,

While creating a new DIR from both NX and SolidWorks I receive the following error.

The DIR is created and the part file is stored as an original.

The problem is that there are no Viewables stored as an original and for Assemblies there is not a Document Structure.

Dear Mark,

based on your description I think that there could be a problem with your ECTR version. Which version do you use at the moment.
