DB driver failed to load- Information design tool

Hi guys

I have a universe which is working fine in Webi . It was created by someone else and I have sort of taken over this role and need to make changes to it. When I open the data foundation layer, I get this error message as attached:

Any idea why? This universe is using Oracle connection.

have you installed the 32 bit oracle client at your machine.also have you updated the tns file with your database details?
