ISAGENT 9 installed but Solman Check say that ISAGENT 8 installed

Hello Everybody,

I have made an update on my Solman System, From 7.1 SP12 to SP14.
During the update the isagent was updated from 8 to 9.

Now when I do a Check Prerequisites on Managed System Configuration I have this error :

But in the Basic Configuration solman say that ISAGENT 9 is installed :

Can you help me ?

You think that the issue come from the SAP Host Agent DAA ?

No, I have faced same issue and once I patched ISAGENT to 8 SP24 patch 2  then issue was solved.

Use SDM to updates patches....do it on DEV box first then subsequently perform in QA and PRD boxes.

I don't have DEV/QAS/PRD for Solman.

Just PRD System.

Hi Johan,

please patch ISAGENT to 8 SP24 PATCH 2, will solve all issues. I even recommend to use new version of EM 9.7 as you are on SP14.

Hi Johan,

can you make sure your Solman system is properly reporting his components information (to himself) via transaction RZ70?

Do you see the proper ISAGENT component information into your SLD and LMDB?

Yes the RZ70 are configured properly

Yes the proper ISAGENT are in LMDB
