ChaRM Web UI Configuration

Hello Experts,

Need your help here.

I am doing Web UI Configuration for ChaRM. Now my requirement is, I need to create one tab (IT approval). I have added tab into web page.
Now I need to put two option in drop down list (Yes/No). Can you please let me know how to get this dropdown list.

and once we get this drop down list, do we need to map it into any table?

Please let me know how to configure this one.

Hello Gaurav,

Have you already check the possibility of custom approval procedure as mentioned in below blog

you can create as many as required here instead of designing a custom solution for any approval.

you can use AET to create new field as per required in WEB UI or SM_CRM but I would recommend to stick to standard configuration for these kind of requirements.
