Dear Juney ,

Check Java is installed or not in your PC

Use Latest version of JDK 8

and check any proxy connectivity is there between your network and Server?

and Allow your browser to show popups from server URL?

Regards

Umesh

Hi Juney,

Perform below check points

1. Check the version of java installed

2. If java is installed correctly, try to open ESR from the Administrator -

http://host:port/dir/start/index.jsp --> Administrator --> Java Web Start Administrator --> START Application

3. If this doesnt work then perform Restores Archives Generate New Signature and again try to start application

Hello Juney,

Check whether Java is installed in your system.

After installing if any issue persists check the links as suggested by Harish.
