Hi, guys
It's the first time to open Process Integration7.31 Tools, I click the Enterprise Services Builder .It's linked to http://hostname:port/rep/start/sso/Repository.jsp .The page initialization failed . It seems to be downloading the JDK. After a while the downloading page disappeared .I don't know what to happened. Did Any guys encounter the problem, and can you give me some suggestions ? Thanks very much.

Thank you for your advices,I have solved the problem.I had installed JDK 1.6.Recently I download the jre-8u65-windows-i586-iftw.exe. After I uninstalled the default JDK1.6 .It's ok.

Perform below check points
1. Check the version of java installed
2. If java is installed correctly, try to open ESR from the Administrator -
http://host:port/dir/start/index.jsp --> Administrator --> Java Web Start Administrator --> START Application
3. If this doesnt work then perform Restores Archives Generate New Signature and again try to start application
