how to cancel the Sales Order

How to cancel the Sales Order.  Which i was entered wrong materials.

Hi ,

No need to cancel/block Sales order.

If you have entered the wrong materials in Sales Order and now, want to enter the correct material then simply "Delete that line item" and enter the correct material as far as no subsequent document exists.

Hello,

     Deletion of Sales Order (Any SAP Document ) is not good a solution. As told by Mr. Sumeet you can put Reason of Rejection or you can put Delivery Block for that sales order.

hi,

its not advisable to delete any document in SAP. For you issue you can use reason of rejection in the sales order(va02) overview screen to short close the same

If no following documents attached use trx VA02 and DELETE option. If already documents attached cancel this documents first.
