RPR_UPDATE_PER_DIEMS_FROM_FILE

Dear All,

I have to execute this report-RPR_UPDATE_PER_DIEMS_FROM_FILE  ,Please can you guide me how to execute this report.I have downloaded the file from the sap site-

a)however i find in the file some values not being used by us-but still do i have to upload all the values in the file

b)does this report has to be executed in development,quality and production.

I request you to provide me with some documents/screenshots
