Hi Rajesh,
It's purely front end server related issue.
This issue is due to wrong configuration of app in launchpad. In Launchpad Designer create 1 catalog to capture standard app mappings and create 1 group and assign it.
then after run the T-code /IWFND/CACHE_CLEANUP in front end system.

Hello Rajesh,
For configuring purchase order app, have you successfully implemented the pre-requisites mentioned in fiori reference library ?
1) have you configured release strategy and assiged the workflow indicator there ?
2) Have you created entry for your user id in PA30.
3) are all of your basis components in place and all sap notes installed ?
4) if still your problem persists then try with the below process.
go to se24. type cl*gbapp*purc*ord(try to get the class name using the component name) and get the backend data provider class and put break point in those methods and try to launch the fiori launch pad. this will trigger and debug why data is not mapping to the caller interface. Kindly let us know if any help further is needed.
