system monitoring issue Event metrics is not showi...

Dear Team,

We have successfully configured R/3 production server in solution manager .

Following activities are completed till now.

1.Managed system configuration is completed successfully.

2.EWA alert configuration and technical monitoring configuration is completed successfully for R/3 production server

3.Willy interscope installed successfully in solman server.

We are facing issues Technical Monitoring->system Monitoring->R/3 prd server

users details are showing empty(NO MATRIES SHOWING) , Please find the attached snap shot for your reference..

You need to investigate further in CCDB, extractors etc... for starting point refer note 2016745 MAI tools

It is showing following message:dpc:no data retrieved from provider /SDF/E2E_USER_INFO

Why it is not showing how many users are logon with details with number in R/3 prd server?

Issue is with data provider so check below note...

Note 2016872 - which will provide you more info on how to check issues associated with data provider using MAI tools.

Also please provide screenshot of Tcode CCDB.

I suppose you are having issue in GRP and if yes then we need to sort out the issues in CCDB and make them GREEN.

Go to managed system - execute extractor and introscope steps in configuration automatic steps and if possible restart SMD/host agents and then check CCDB again.

It looks like system was not configured correctly to call webservice and refer note 1791457 to sort out HTTP/SOAP error first.

Check post steps and make sure you put valid hosts/http, proxy settings etc in system and basic preparation steps including managed system.
