Hello Sekaran,

Please check the following sap note, which consists of all the roles required in solution manager.

you can filter work center what are authorization objects and what activities need to be enabled for required views.

Copy the role SAP_SMWORK_TECH_MON to Z SAP_SMWORK_TECH_MON and modify for only display.

Hello Sekharan,

Create a Zrole and assign manually followi ng authorization objects to the role.

You need to edit zrole and manually maintain activity as described in the note pad attached.

if you are not aware how to do it ...Please take the help of sap security consultant help. But this will make 100% display role for Technical monitoring.
