Hi Friends,

We use TDMS to do client copy from Source to Target system.

I always have a problem to validate if the number of records that existed in the Source client has been transferred to the Target client.

Could you please help me with my below questions :

1) How to validate how many records ( Record count )  are existing in each source table and if all the records have been deleted or not.

2) How to validate how many records ( Record count ) are existing in each source table and if all the source records are copied to the target table.

3) Is there any report where i can like Source table along with the total number of records and target table with total records transferred.

Appreciate your help !!

Regards,

Adithya

Did you already check the TDMS master guide.

There is a transaction DTLMON, where you would find this information under the 'Runtime Information' tab.

Thanks,

Hi Rajesh,

I looked in to "Relavent tables" & " Runtime information" .

In the 'Runtime information' tab , there are columns like

1) Total Calc records ( Not sure what this means ) .

2) Total records read ( Looks like the no.of total records read from Sender system ).

3) Runtime write & Writing %....

I do not see the total no.of records Written in to the reciever system.

Could you please help.

Adithya

Total Calc recrods means the the total number of records selected.

Total records read - means total number of records written to the receiver system.
