How to create new user willy interscope

We have done successfully installed willy interscope in solution manager server 7.1.

Please suggest how to create new user in willy interscope .

Hi IMRAN,

You can create an user in step 3 of the Basic Configuration, in transaction SOLMAN_SETUP of the Solution Manager.

You can also read the user management section of the Installation guide. The guides are available per version in this wiki: RCA_Introscope_Home - Technical Operations - SCN Wiki.

Hi Imran,

I think Daniel already answer you questions. You can create a wily user in step 3 of basic configuration.

You can create new users as well. In advance mode goto user management, click on add button and you can add new user.

Just for your information you can create user in wily as well. Check below thread

Enterprise Manager is offline, so please check from OS level and restart.

I have created new user id for willy interscope  in basis configuration

but iam unable to login into willy interscope with new user id.

Try below URL and make sure you provide right password...looks like password was wrong

http://<hostname>:<port>/8081/webview

If not try with Admin and use standard password Axxxx89
