Access request created through Web service not found in "search request"

Hi Guru's

We are not able to find the GRC requests created through Web service in the "Search request" option but the request created through Access request creation are found in the search request option.

Also when I checked the Table  GRACREQ the request are present.

We see this issue only after upgrading to SP 19. (GRC 10.0)

Kindly suggest.

Hi Nihal,

have you resolved the issue?

We had the same situation in 10.1. The root cause was that we submitted values via web service which are not maintained in the customizing e.g. for functional area.

Nevertheless I would expect some validity checks in the web services.

@Peter: Can you provide us some suitable SAP notes?  😉

Hi Nihal,

On 10.1 SP09 this does work. That doesn't help I appreciate, but I can tell you is that we raised a number of incidents to get corrections to the web services.

Have a look and I would recommend raising a note.
