WS14000086 - without approval
WS14000088 - one step approval
The event should be activated. Also check the start condition.

What should be the start condition ?
Hello Nina,
It depends on your business rules.
If you do not need approval for all contracts, you can activate only WS14000086 and set condition someting like %Client ID%=100 (always true).
