Hello Experts,

               We are working on SAP WM 6.2 SMP 3.0 SP08. In our case we are attaching document in ECC for Equipment and Functional Location but after transmit it not showing that document in equipment/Functional location attachment tab.

              We reset the client and checked but still it didn't showing in Agentry. what exactly we are missing???

Hi. What is your version of the SMP SDK? Are you using SMP 2.3 or 3.0? Are all your attachment download not working or just some?  What is your client (iOS or Windows)?

For example, we know that in SMP 2.3 SP07 PL01 that iOS client have an issue that was fixed for fetching attachment.

SMPAgentry-8774 bug - File attachment fetching fail for iOS 9 fixed in SMP 2.3 SP07 PL01.

Hello Mark,

        We are using SMP 3.0 SP08.We are using Android device.

Upload/Download Working properly for Notification and Order.

but not working for Equipment and Functional location for all attachment.

Scenario 1:-

We are attaching 1 file from ECC and checking in Agentry but we are not getting it.

Scenario 2:-

We also trying to Upload from Agentry, on transmit it showing sending document but when we check it in ECC it not showing attachment.

Did you try to check our Attach Document landing page section yet?

We update this landing page with any known new unique issue. Most customers can get it working after looking at our checklist.  We have added requirements like does the user have authentication rights to download documents and others.
