Hi,
BC Set GRC_MSMP_CONFIGURATION has been activated at the incorrect stage of the migration process from GRC AC 5.3 -> GRC 10.1.
Does anyone know how to deactivate it and then, activate it again?

What issues are you facing with this? It should not be causing any problems.
As a recommendation, I never migrate the workflow from 5.3 to 10.x due to the HUGE amount of changes that are required, and there may be workarrounds that you have done in 5.3 that you do not need to have in 10.x and make the workflow more efficient to manage.
