Hi Experts,
I just want to ask if we miss any configuration. When changing, locking/unlocking or deleting account requests processed, the users details does not default. Thanks.

Have you maintained any data source in SPRO configuration : Access Control--> Maintain Data Source Configuration --> Search Data Source & Detail Data Source
The system details or connectors you provide here will be utilized to fetch data on your Access Request form.
