SAP CRM MobileSales (2003-05)?

Hello, I am trying to determine if SAP offered a CRM product called MobileSales during the time period of 2003-2005. I have seen references to Mobile Sales in presentations from that time, but I cannot determine if that is a product name, or product type. A client of my firm thinks they might have used it, but cannot remember. Thank you!

Hi Caroline,

Yes SAP CRM Mobile Sales. Its is an offline CRM solution.

The Mobile client has its own local database. Users can then connect to the main CRM Server and trigger bidirectional synchronisation of data.

Its useful for field sales people or service technicians who spend most of their time in places without internet access.

Many thanks for your quick response to my inquiry. Do you happen to know if there are any manuals or online information sites for this product? We are trying to establish it was in use in the early 2000s (2003-2005). Are you a product specialist for SAP.com?
