Not able to transport into sandbox

Hi Expert,

We are using Solman 7.1,SP 10

In Normal Change, When we move the transport into sandbox,the action are failed.

we are not able to move the TOC to SBX.

In Action Tab button is enabled but in not happened.

Hello Abhinash,

Have you configured SPRO. You should have to configure 'Consistency Check first. Please configured it and then try. 

Also in you screen shot, i can see that action has been appeared but nothing happened. Have you scheduled condition for this action? it might be the problem with condition. please share screen shot of method call and condition as well. If condition scheduled correctly then you may able to set CD status to next status value.
