Showing wrong retrofit status

HI Expert,

We are using Solman7.1 & SP10

Retrofit was completed. However, the retrofit sub-status is still "Retrofit Needed".

Please advise how we can set the Retrofit sub-status correctly without breaking the relationship to the Retrofit CD which is displayed properly.

Hello Abhinash,

The "Start Retrofit" Action would be available even after the Retrofit has been completed for the Change document. The action is available in the dropdown based on the Schedule conditions for the Action.

The "Start Retrofit" action would still be required to view the completed retrofits for the change document.

What is the status of the Retrofit against the Specific Source Transport Request/s? Is it showing as Retrofitted or not?

Thanks for reply.

Retrofit status is "Retrofitted" but i have done one test in our sandbox system.

Once retrofit done successfully option is not there.

Hello Abhinash,

As I mentioned earlier The Start "Retrofit" action is available in the dropdown based on the Schedule conditions for the Action in the PPF action profile. Check whether the status of the change document in your sandbox system. It might have a status for which the action is not scheduled.
