ADS is not working(FP_CHECK_DESTINATION_SERVICE failed)

Hi Gurus,

Our ADS is not working and could not preview ZPDF output.

FP_PDF_TEST_00 test => OK

FP_CHECK_DESTINATION_SERVICE test(without destination service) => OK

FP_CHECK_DESTINATION_SERVICE test(with destination service) => FAILED

Please help.

Hi Igbal,

Please check FP_ICF_DATA_XXX destination in Java system.

Go to nwa --> SOA --> Technical Configuration

Select Destinations i.e. FP_ICF_DATA_<SID of ABAP>

Check if the user maintained in the destination is correct with proper credentials and roles maintained.

Is the issue occurring after Upgrade? Just wanted to know if you are trying to configure ADS afresh or facing issue in existing configuration?

Please check for relevant errors(stacks) in /usr/sap/<SID>/<Instance>/j2ee/cluster/serverX/log/defaultTrace*.trc file and/or upload it for analysis.

Can you repeat failed test and attach latest defaultTrace.X.log to message?
