Is the issue occurring after Upgrade? Just wanted to know if you are trying to configure ADS afresh or facing issue in existing configuration?

Please check for relevant errors(stacks) in /usr/sap/<SID>/<Instance>/j2ee/cluster/serverX/log/defaultTrace*.trc file and/or upload it for analysis.
