SAP MDG-S workflow template

Hi Experts,

What workflow template should be used for MDG-S Create Supplier. As per the configuration guide, the template is WS54300005.

Is it possible to determine agents based on roles if we use this template? Current object types are by Job, Org Unit, position and User.

Also standard rule based workflow template WS608000086 can be used. Which one is recommended? This template does allow to determine agents based on roles.

Hello Ramesh

It is recommended to use workflow template - WS608000086 always for MDG-S / C or BP. You can use rule based workflow which can be designed as per the need. Please read the BRF - rule based workflow documentation on SCN. You can find lot of material on this.
