SolMon 3.2, Difference between SolMon report and Service .sap report?

Hi Guys,

last week i found one strange thing, there are differences between the reports of our local SoMon server report and report from service.sap (service message).

why there will be difference like this, Please help me in this regards.

Hi Srinivasulu,

are you refering to differences in the EarlyWatch Alert report?

If yes, there is an quite easy explanation.

The content of the EarlyWatch Alert report depends mainly on the Software Component ST-SER.

Current Version is ST-SER 700_2006_2 (ST-SER 620_2006_2 for SolMan 3.2 based on ST 320) mid of June the next version ST-SER 700_2007_1 will be shipped.

So, check your current release.
