Issue with ESS

Hello Experts,

One employee is facing an issue with ESS. When he is trying to create his actual OT request in ESS , he is getting error:"You are not authorised to this request". We have checked from SAP, authorisation and portal side all seems to be fine. Kindly advice. Many Thanks.

Hello Shubha,

You can use TCode SU53 to check the authorization that is missing.

First try to create the actual OT and when it prompts the error "You are not authorised to this request", execute /nSU53.

U need to run the trace for the user in tcode ST01.
