BI platform for Lumira 1.29 reports are failing to run on Internet Explorer 11

I recently upgraded the SAP Lumira Server for BI Platform from version 1.28 to 1.29. After upgrading I overwrote the existing reports in the 1.29 version. When accessing the reports from a desktop running IE 11 I am getting a error that states.

I have tried to access the report on multiple computers without luck. The computers I tested were all up to date with windows updates and running Windows 7. I was able to access the report using a Windows 10 desktop with IE 11.

When accessing the reports using Google Chrome the report renders fine.I'm not sure where to start with this one so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Tyler

Tyler - please see this SAP KBA/Note to see if it helps:

Tammy,

I followed the note instructions and deleted more than 10 GB of files. I then restarted tomcat and the Server Intelligence Agent but I am still receiving the previous error when trying to launch the report.

Thanks,

Tyler

Here is another SAP note, recommending the latest version of IE11 - http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1672817 - can you check?

Only other related item I found is this: https://scn.sap.com/thread/3818613

If that doesn't help, I recommend opening an incident with SAP Support

Tammy,

Thanks for the additional actions to try. I have followed the notes and the issue is still persistant. I have create a issue with SAP and will update when I have a fix.

Thanks for you help.

The issue was caused by our Anti-Virus(Kapersky) blocking certain web traffic. Adding our BobJ servers to a list of sites not to check did the trick and the reports started to work as expected. Here is the KB article from Microsoft that talks about the issue.
