Cancel Instance - Problem with line items - user goes to SM12
Doing a request for a new user, or new role in Quality and DEV environment everything has the same data and goes without a problem.
When I try to Cancel the instance, in DEV environment, it is possible, but in Quality, the error in the attach file occurs, saying that I have a problem with the items in the request, and after that, the user goes directly to the block table, SM12, making it impossible to cancel the instance, even if I force it.
Does anyone knows the problem? Or some solution/configuration that might be different?
