Field mapping in SNC

Hi, We have below requirement-

We have couple of fields that we want to send to SNC in PO and those are to be visible in SNC PO like PO details screen work list etc.

This is POC based requirement.

How do we achieve this? Please suggest.

Hi Ritu,

If you are not using some standard field you can try to send the relevant data in those areas.

As a first action, i would like to say that PO interface between ECC & SNC is very detailed. You should check that your requirement is already getting supported by standard or not.

For example; lets think about a Z field in ECC PO. You would like to transfer that field in the IDOC message to SNC.

Secondly you can check the existing empty fields for this propose. If there are empty fields which are not used in standard you can try to enhance in ECC outbound to add your custom areas.

If you map your data to not used standard field then they will come automatically into SNC.

As a last action, you can try to change the naming of these fields in SNC by using configuration setting of web dynpro.
