Email Notification for FF Approver

Hi Techies,

              We are testing the GRC EAM Configuration.Once the Super Access request has been submitted mail should trigger to the ff approver.

Its running fine in DEV but not in QA. I have checked all the TRs. Which object I need to transport I could not able to find.Please advise or suggest about this.Will be appreciated if answered.

Could you check at Stage level Notification setting of your workflow. The approver stage should have a *NEW_WRK_ITEM* and Recipient should be GRAC_CURRENT_APPROVERS or your own AGENT ID

Hi Plaban,

                         I have checked everything.But when a observe the Message log.I can see GRCADMIN has no valid email.Actually GRCADMIN is not available in QA1.I created it in QA1 and its running fine.Thanks for the reply.
