Hi

Today suddenly I get ONS1010 error from afgaria server when I try to push some session or app policy.

ONS1010: Error sending GCM message to client, "XXXXX", with Client GUID, "{YYYY}".  The request failed with GCM message: Fail-GCM Service Not Available.

I didnt check any configuration about Firewall or afaria. So what is going wrong?

BY the what should be the value of  A_CONFIGURATION_PROPERTY /C2DMServerAddress on database?

Afaria Server versipon is :  Version 7.00.6662.0 SP5

Sorry,  linkg goes to wrong KB. I look at mentioned KB.  I get this error from all devices. And those devices got push messages  till frida. So GCM project ID cant be change.

There is no proxy.

And there is no  blocking address. All those things are in eception lists

Hi Tevfik,

A_Configuration_property table's DataName and DataValue columns holds C2DMServerAddress and _GCM_OFF_https://android.apis.google.com/c2dm/send respectively.

1. Do you see green checkmark for GCM Server Connectivity under Diagnostics -> Android?

2. If you have rules out that Proxy is not blocking GCM communication then I would recommend to capture the network trace while sending the GCM command to understand where the blockage is.

Thank you,

Hi again,

After deep down analysis I found the problem:

Everything is ok in Afaria side.

But there is an update about https inspection and SSL  on corporate  firewall side.

I solved it. Now, GCM push messages go successfully

thanks for your assistances
