Text to Customer via output

Hi Experts

I  have a requirement to send Invoice details as Text to customer mobile number .

I  am not sure if I can use Transmission medium as 5 -external send or 8- As special function.

Can someone please help if he has some inputs .

You can gather the required info into a custom table (like ignoring the batch split & taking the main material with Qty --Concatenate it if required) and provide the facility of connecting to third party SMS providers in your Billing Exit RV60AFZZ-There by doing the needful to your customer..

Hi Phani ,

Thank you for the reply . I created a Z- program to extract the Invoice number . Used a third party tool to push the sms to customer .

Please give some more details -

Did you use output determination? and output type in V3 application?

What was the transmission medium?

For what billing types (processes) did your customer want sms?

What information did you sent to customer? billing doc no. and .....

Hello TW Sir,

Sorry for the late reply . Below are the details ,

Project was on Crucial time line . Final approach was Z program . At present I  am collecting the Billing Information from VBRK , collecting Mobile number from KNA1 .

  My Program collects the invoice detail , Item details , Qty , billing date and placing it to an SFTP folder. There is a third party dispatch vendor . They are collecting the File,dispatching the SMS to customer  and updating the status back to SAP .

We have scheduled the Job to place the file on SFTP .
