SAP Library for NetWeaver ABAP 7.40 (Support Package Stack #12)

Hello SAP Experts,

we have setup ABAP NetWeaver 7.40 Support Packge Stack #12.

Now we want to install SAP Library (SAP help) on our file server.

We decided to use PLAINHTML only.

So we looked up SAP support portal and download the required DVDs for SPS12 and installed them using SPM (Software Provisioning Manager)

But there seems to some docus missing.

For example, when we open Help => SAP Library we are getting the following error:

For some transactions the help is working (like SM66/SM51) - but other not like ST22.

We are following the guide: "Installation Guide SAP Library Installation and Update on Windows for SAP systems based on SAP NetWeaver Using Software Provisioning Manager 1.0" with it connected SAP notes.

What is unclear to us. Do we now need to need to download all DVDs and work the path up, until we reaching SPS 12?
