Procedure and Approach for transfer of Assets and Liabilities between company codes

Dear Guys,

Can any body throw some light on the following requirement from FICO point of view.

My client wants to transfer the assets and liabilities from One Co.Code to Another Co.code

How and what is the procedure for transfer of

intagible & tangible assets

raw materials & semifinished goods

intercompany loan

some of suppliers open items

portion of debt vs personnel

some deferred taxes liabilities.

Please help me as I never did this kind of work.

Hi Subram.,

Yes we can transfer the asset through T-code.ABUMN.

Points to keep in mind before transfer :

1.Fully depreciated asset.

2.No open items should exist.

3.After month/Year end activiteis.

4.Type of assets.
