Hi, friends,
when we customizing some organizational unit, such as Sales Organization, Shipping point etc., we need to set up some parameters as follow:
My question are:
(1)when will the user use those functionalities?
(2)if those functionalities are specialized for some special user, for example, the user responsible for certain Shipping point or Sales organization, how does the SAP system identify who is using the system and authorize him.

Oh dear... Is there no F1 available for these fields and is this not covered by SAP Help or some basic SD training?
Text names have nothing to do with the users. These might be used in some output forms, but I find that many organizations don't actually use these texts even when they're maintained. Not sure those are even required fields...
"Print picking list" area is different than the rest, google it.

I know the meaning of those fields. I just don't know which user will use those fields..and in what circumstance those field will be used.
if I am a user responsible for creating order. maybe when I fax an email to my customer, those fields will be used in output? I am not sure...
