How to update latest version on HAT

Hello Experts,

I getting message when deploying the application on SMP using HAT

"The HAT Connector v1.9.7 is older than the Web IDE HAT plugin v1.10.2. You may run into compatibility issue, if you continue to use local HAT v1.9.7."

How can i update the Local HAT v1.9.7 To v1.10.2

Any why, i have one doubt here as per the attached document Hybrid App Toolkit(HAT) updated version is 1.10.0 right.

is it available this version v1.10.2?
