Reject problem in access request

Hi All,

Request is closing in case of change account and new account which have more than role owners when one of role owners rejects the role which comes to own approval.

Even if other approvers has been approved in comes to own roles, approved roles can not be assigned to user because of the fact that request closed.

Please share your valuable inputs to deal with this situation.

Hi Yasemin,

Please check the task settings of the approver stage. Probably you have allowed to approve/reject on request level only instead of role level.

Hi Sebastian,

Firstly thank you for your answer.

We had been checked. This problem in progress the production system.

But we don't encounter the same problem the development  system.

Are there other solutions that you can suggest?
