Updating Solution Manager

Hi,

I am trying to update Solution Manager 7.1 from sp4 to sp9.

Facing issues at this phase, this is my first time performing this activity kindly assist, Tks.

I am not even sure where is the error (or object locked)? Btw I reset the que earlier and trying again now.

Hello Jack,

It looks like you have transports which are not yet released.

Please check if any transport is in modifiable status...if yes...release the transports and try again.

Yes you are right, I did that and also later on I got problem with in active objects activated them in se80 as well now facing add_on_conflicts error, but how to tell which packages specifically?

Are you using SUM Tool for upgrade?

You can use SUM Tool with stack.xml
