Hi,
Recently we refreshed Test system with Production Data. After that some users are getting DMS related E-Mails ( not in SAP Inbox ) every time they change DMS document. Please let me know what is the cause for this emails. Please find the below screen shot for email.

Hi,
Check the document distribution settings for these documents.
Check the SWE2 for object DRAW.Please find the below screen shot document distribution settings of SWE2.
Also check the CVi8 transaction.
